We provide a comprehensive, detailed and accurate inspection report. Our goal is to help clients understand any major or minor defects and areas of the property which will

require attention. It is important for clients to be present during the inspection, so

we strongly encourage attendance to the full inspection.

During the inspection, we point out any current and on-going

issues/defects and any typical maintenance requirements

of the property. We inspect hundreds of items and

components during the inspection, such as roof,

electrical, plumbing, structure, heating and air

systems, etc. A computerized report is printed 

on-site immediately following the inspection with

a review of the report and presented in a 

take-home maintenance binder.
