Through training, experience and volume of inspections Dan Abbott has achieved CERTIFIED MASTER INSPECTOR (CMI) designation. Every Certified Master Inspector must complete a minimum of 1000 fee-paid inspections, complete on-going

training, agree to abide by inspection industry’s toughest code

of ethics and agree to periodic criminal background checks.

We have completed an extensive training program and defect

recognition course.

 

Dan is a member of InterNACHI (International Association

of Certified Home Inspectors), and its Ontario Chapter OACHI

(Ontario Association of Certified Home Inspectors). These

Associations hold high standards and code of ethics which all

members must abide by.
